I. PRE-START-UP:
j VERIFY THAT ALL PACKAGING MATERIALS HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM UNIT
j VERIFY INSTALLATION OF OUTDOOR AIR HOOD
j VERIFY INSTALLATION OF FLUE EXHAUST AND INLET HOOD (48PG and PM ONLY)
j VERIFY THAT CONDENSATE CONNECTION IS INSTALLED PER INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
j VERIFY THAT ALL ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS AND TERMINALS ARE TIGHT
j VERIFY GAS PRESSURE TO UNIT GAS VALVE IS WITHIN SPECIFIED RANGE (48PG and PM ONLY)
j CHECK GAS PIPING FOR LEAKS (48PG AND 48 PM)
j CHECK THAT INDOOR--AIR F ILTERS ARE CLEAN AND IN PLACE
j CHECK T HAT OUTDOOR AIR INLET SCREENS ARE IN PLACE
j VERIFY THAT UNIT IS LEVEL
j CHECK FAN WHEELS AND PROPELLER FOR LOCATION IN HOUSING/ORIFICE AND VERIFY SETSCREW IS TIGHT
j VERIFY THAT FAN SHEAVES ARE ALIGNED AND BELTS ARE PROPERLY TENSIONED
j VERIFY THAT SCROLL COMPRESSORS ARE ROTATING IN THE CORRECT DIRECTION
j VERIFY INSTALLATION OF THERMOSTAT/SPACE SENSOR
j VERIFY CONFIGURAT ION VALUES FOR ELECTRONIC CONTROLS (REFER TO CONTROL SET UP CHECKLIST)
j VERIFY THAT CRANKCASE HEATERS HAVE BEEN ENERGIZED FOR AT LEAST 24 HOURS
