Checking Coolant Level
Aspen-INT
1. The Aspen-INT uses the same coolant and
coolant reservoir as the truck. Refer to the truck
owner’s manual for coolant level check procedure.
Aspen-
STA
1. Park truck on level surface and turn APU OFF.
2. Observe coolant level in the coolant tank sight
glass. The coolant level is OK when coolant fills
the bottom half of the sight glass.
3. If coolant level is low, allow APU engine to
completely cool before removing the coolant
tank cap.
4. Slowly remove the cap to vent.
5. Add coolant unit visible in the lower half of the
sight glass.
6. Reinstall the cap. Push down and turn to the
right at the same time until the cap stops
rotating.
DO NOT open the coolant tank cap
when engine and coolant is HOT.
