• Tighten contact pad capscrews to:
Standard (Shimmed) Design – 50 ft.-lbs. (65 Nm)
Flexible (ADJUSTA-BLOCK) Design – 65 ft.-lbs. (90 Nm)
4000-Hour Maintenance
After each 4000 hours of truck operation, in addition to the
1000-hour maintenance, perform the following procedures:
• Due to normal mechanical wear and component service
life, cylinder seals should be replaced to maintain
performance and safe operation.
