Retractraisedorextendedcomponents,ifnecessary.Removeorlowerradioantennasorotheraccessories.Should
acontactbetweenthemachineandanelectricpowersourceoccurthefollowingprecautionsmustbetaken:Stopthe
machinemovementimmediately.Applytheparkbrake,stoptheengineandremovethekey.Checkifyoucansafely

Donotmakecontactwiththegroundorobjectsoutsidethemachine.
Mountinganddismounting
Mountanddismountthemachineonlyatdesignatedlocationsthathavehandholds,stepsorladders.
Donotjumpoffthemachine.
Makesuresteps,laddersandplatformsremaincleanandclearofdebrisandforeignsubstances.Injurymayresult
fromslipperysurfaces.
Facethemachinewhenmountinganddismounting.
Maintainathree‐pointcontactwithsteps,laddersandhandholds.
Nevermountordismountfromamovingmachine.
Donotusethesteeringwheelorothercontrolsoraccessoriesashandholdswhenenteringorexitingthecabor
operator’splatform.

Decommissionsafety
Whenthemachineistakenoutofservicebecauseitisdamagedbeyondrepairorhasreachedtheendofitsusefullife,
disassembly,scrappingand/orrecyclingofcomponents,uids,etc.mustbeperformedonlybyaqualiedtechnician
usingserviceinstructionsandincompliancewithlocallawsandregulations.
