Non-adjustableportconnectorsarecommonlyfoundon
straightconnectors,whichdonotrequiretheinstallerto
adjusttheorientationoftheconnection.
NOTICE:TeoncoatedO-ringsdonotrequirelubrication.
Forconnectionswhicharemadeintoaluminummanifolds
orwithstainlesssteelconnectors,itmayberequiredto
applyalubricanttopreventgalling.
1.Removeprotectiveconnectorcapsonlyimmediately
priortoassembly.
2.Inspectthecomponentstoensurethatthemaleand
femaleportthreadsandsealingsurfacesarefreeof
burrs,nicks,andscratches,oranyforeignmaterial.
Donotuseifimpuritiesarefound.
3.Installtheconnectorbyhand.
4.Tightentothepropertorque.Seethetorquetablesfor
thepropertorquevalue.
