4. HARDWARE INSPECTION
4-1. Preparation
Make sure you have a computer running the Windows XP(Home or Professional) operating system with a
Bluetooth module.
You should also have all the test programs which include the following:
• TestMenu0.22F.zip
Hardware Diagnostic Program Ver.0.22F
• Lmwin601-full.zip
LMWIN utility software with IrXpress USB & Serial drivers Ver.6.01
• MSASYNC.exe
Microsoft
®
ActiveSync software.
Note: The file name may change by updates.
To Obtain the Program

If you are testing the Wireless functions you will nedd a Wireless LAN access point.
■ Setup Programs
Your computer running the Windows XP operating system should be up and running.
The following programs can then be installed and configured for the test procedures:

1. Extract all the test programs from the zipped file (TestMenu0.22F.zip) to a folder (e.g. create a folder
named PX791 Test) on the desktop.
