  If the tape isn't coming out of your Casio Label Maker when you press PRINT, check these things: * Make sure the tape cartridge compartment cover is securely closed. * Ensure there's tape left in the cartridge; if not, replace it with a new one. * There might be a tape jam. Remove the cartridge and gently pull out the jammed tape. Cut off any excess tape with scissors before carefully replacing the cartridge. Also, never allow the tape outlet to become blocked and never touch tape as it is being fed during printing.

Try loading a fresh set of AA-size alkaline batteries. * The tape cartridge might have been loaded while the ink ribbon was slack. Remove the tape cartridge and check to make sure the ink ribbon is not broken. Next, take up any slack in the ink ribbon and then reload the tape cartridge. Important! Before loading a tape cartridge into the label printer, always make sure you take up any slack in the ink ribbon first. If the ink ribbon is broken, you must change to another tape cartridge.
