These tests will check the write/read test and the read only test for RAM.
Operation : x n w 1 1 SUBTOTAL
x : Type of RAM
1 = STD RAM
2 = Option RAM
0 or Space = STD and Option RAM
n : 0 = One time check
Not 0 = Continuous check ( To stop the test, press "Esc" key)
w : 0 = Write/Read
1 = Read only
Note : Perform the write test, before start of read only test.
Note : In case of error, the error address will be displayed.
