<1> Checking the Mechanical System
Remove the cover of the main unit set, and observe the inner area of
the main unit.

1. Check if the pedal chain has not been broken. (Fig. 1)
[Judgment]
If it has been broken, you need to take actions as specified
in the repair method (a) described at the right.
2. Check if the accelerating chain has not been broken. (Fig. 2)
[Judgment]
If it has been broken, you need to take actions as specified
in the repair method (b) described at the right.
3. Check if the V-belt has not been broken. (Fig. 1)
[Judgment]
If it has been broken, you need to take actions as specified
in the repair method (c) described at the right.
4. Check if the belt (timing belt) at the workload unit has not been
broken. (Fig. 3)
[Judgment]
If it has been broken, you need to take actions as specified
in the repair method (d) described at the right.
5. Check if the plastic pulley at the workload unit has not been
broken. (Fig. 3)

If it has been broken, you need to take actions as specified
in the repair method (e) described at the right.
(a) Replace the pedal chain.
