Defrosting the fridge
The fridge is cooled by convection using cold air forced through
channels at the rear of the fridge. No defrosting is required.
Defrosting the freezer
The freezer is frost free and as such is designed not to require
defrosting.
To switch o the compressor for a short period of time and so to
force a defrost cycle, push and hold the Audio Alert Release / Force
Defrost button for approximately five seconds. After 20 seconds, the
defrosting process will begin.
