Dirt on the
touch controls.
1. Unplug the induction hob from
the mains.
2. Absorb the dirt.
3. Clean the touch control area
with a sponge or a damp and
clean cloth.
4. Dry the area completely with a
paper towel.
5. Reconnect the induction hob
to the mains if you wish to
continue using it.
The induction hob may beep and turn
o, and the touch controls will not
work while there is liquid on them.
Make sure you dry the touch control
area before turning on the induction
hob again.
6. TROUBLESHOOTING

There is no power supply.
Make sure the hob is connected
to the mains and it is on.
Check if there has been a
power failure. If the problem

The touch controls do

Unlock the buttons. Check the
“Locking the buttons” section
for instructions.
The display is damaged. Replace the display board.
The LED does not turn
on when the unit is
connected.
There is no electricity.
Check if the plug is properly
connected to the mains and if
the latter works.
The auxiliary power board and
the board connected to the
display malfunction.
Check the connections.
The auxiliary power board is
damaged.
Replace the power board.
The display is damaged. Replace the display board.
