Important
The surface of the ceramic hob is resistant; however, it is not unbreakable and can be damaged.
Especially if sharp or hard objects are allowed to fall on it with some force.
5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Let the hob cool down before cleaning it.
- The appliance must be disconnected from the mains before cleaning.
- Cleaning agent residues left on the surface of the ceramic hob can damage it. Remove
residues with lukewarm water mixed with a little liquid detergent.
- Abrasive cleaning agents or sharp objects damage the hob surface; clean it with lukewarm
water mixed with a little liquid detergent.
- You may nd it easier to clean up some food residues while the surface of the hob is still
hot. However, you must be careful not to burn yourself if you wipe the surface of the hob
while it is still hot.
After each use
- Wipe the hob with a damp cloth.
- Wipe the surface dry with a clean cloth.
