Red light blinking:
Beeps Error Solution
1
The robot is trapped or the
wheels are off the ground.
Move the robot to a new position and
restart it.
2 Anti-collision sensors error.
Check if the anti-collision sensors are
stuck and unblock and clean them.
3 Free-fall sensors error.
Check if the free-fall sensors are dirty
and clean them.
4 Other errors.
Contact the Technical Support Service of
Cecotec.
Red light steady:
Beeps Error Solution
1 Omnidirectional
wheel error.
Check if the omnidirectional wheel is tangled
and clear it.
2 Side brush error. Check if the side brush is tangled and clear it.
3 Motor fan error. Clear the dust in the dust tank and clean the
suction channel.
4 Main brush error. Check if the main brush is tangled and clear it.
Other errors:
Status Cause Solution
Charging error. The charging terminals on the
robot and on the charging base
do not make good contact.
Clean the charging
terminals and make sure
they make good contact.
