Measuring cup
Fig. 16.
The measuring cup is used as a cover accessory to avoid splashing and reduce heat loss during
cooking. In addition, it is marked with a scaled size, with a maximum capacity of 150 ml.
To place the cover, make sure the clamping tabs coming out of the measuring cup t correctly
into the lid. To close it, turn it clockwise.
When cooking with functions without temperature, place the measuring cup on the lid’s gap.
Turn it clockwise to lock it and counterclockwise to open it and take it out.
Warning
- Whether you grind food, boil water or any other type of cooking (with the exception of
steaming) always use the measuring cup.
- Use the measuring cup and not any accessory or object to avoid splashing and reduce heat
loss of the jar.
- When cooking with temperature setting, place the measuring cup in the cover’s gap
without locking it in place. This way, steam will be safely released.
Spatula
Fig. 17.
The spatula is the only tool suitable for stirring food inside the jar, other tools could scratch
and damage the surface. It cannot be used while the product is operating with the blades,
MamboMix spoon or the buttery whisk.
Warning
- You can only remove food inside the jar when the motor is not working.
Buttery whisk
Fig. 18.
This accessory is installed in the upper part of the blades. This accessory helps mix food
without being chopped by the blades and removes lumps.
Install the buttery on the blades unit by matching the shaft’s centre with the buttery’s gap
and push it down.
To make sure the buttery is properly xed, when placing it, it must emit a “click” sound. Once
assembled, gently pull and check you cannot remove it.
Warning
- Do not operate the appliance unless the accessory is xed in its place.
- Do not operate it with speeds over 4.
- Do not use the buttery at the same time as the spatula.
- Do not pour food in while it is operating with this accessory to avoid it from damaging or
getting blocked.
