If the tool requires more force to 5.
accomplish the task, verify that the
tool receives sufcient, unobstructed
airow (CFM) and increase the
pressure (PSI) output of the regulator
up to the maximum air pressure
rating of this tool.
CAUTION! TO PREVENT TOOL
AND ACCESSORY FAILURE,
RESULTING IN INJURY:
Do not exceed the tool’s maximum
air pressure rating.
If the tool still does not have sufcient
force at maximum pressure and
sufcient airow, then a larger tool
may be required.
Note: While working on roofs, tar and
dirt may build up on the Nose of the
Roong Nailer. This can prevent
normal operation. Remove buildup
with a nonammable solvent.
NEVER use gasoline or other
ammable solvents. Do not immerse
the Roong Nailer in an approved
solvent beyond the height of the nail
heads, to avoid getting the solvent
into the drive cylinder of the tool. Dry
off the Roong Nailer before use;
any oil lm left after cleanup will
accelerate tar buildup.
After use, to prevent accidents:6.
Release the trigger.a.
Detach the air supply.b.
Attempt to re the Tool into a c.
piece of scrap wood to ensure
that it is disconnected and is
incapable of ring any fasteners.
Release the trigger again.d.
Clean external surfaces with e.
clean, dry cloth.
Store indoors out of children’s f.
reach.
