Why Central Pneumatic Nail Gun has lack of power?
    • M
      Mark BrownAug 15, 2025
If your Central Pneumatic Nail Gun lacks power, cycles slowly, or exhibits low power during shooting and returning, there are several potential causes. First, the tool might be too dry; try adding about 3 drops of pneumatic tool oil into the Air Plug. Second, the air pressure might be too low; ensure the air supply is set between 70 PSI and 90 PSI. Finally, the exhaust could be blocked; try cleaning the exhaust channel to resolve this issue.

What to do if Central Pneumatic Nail Gun has severe air leakage?
    • C
      crystalcooperAug 26, 2025
If you're experiencing severe air leakage from your Central Pneumatic Nail Gun (note that slight leakage is normal, especially on older tools), consider these possibilities: Check for incorrect alignment and uneven gaps in housing components, as they may be cross-threaded. If cross-threading is present, disassemble and replace any damaged parts before further use. Also, ensure the housing assembly is tightened correctly; if it cannot be tightened properly, internal parts may be misaligned. Inspect the valve and housing for damage, and replace any damaged components. Finally, examine the valve for dirt, wear, or damage; clean or replace the valve assembly as needed.
