Leaking at heat exchanger. Overacid.................................. Replace heat exchanger and maintain
chemistry properly.
Gasket brittle and leaking - Heater running after pump
(overheated). shuts off................................... See pressure switch adjustment.
Refractory damage.................... Replace refractory.
Sooted heater........................... Determine cause of sooting and
