140 established by torqueing

AN3-12A bolts to
50 Ib-in. The gap tolerance

maintained.

Belts - Inspect for security
of installation, frayed
edge and evidence of damage.
(6) Baggage Tie-Downs - Inspect for security of installation
and evidence
of
damage.
C. Flight
Controls (Chapter
27).
(1) Control Wheel
- Inspect control wheel for evidence
of damage
and security. Operate control wheel and check for freedom of
movement
and proper
rigging.
(2) Aileron Bellcrank - Visually inspect bellcrank for damage to
guard pins, guides and cable attach points. Inspect cable
tension
and turnbuckle
safetying.
