      If your CHAD Oxygen Equipment isn't pulsing, several factors could be at play. First, try resetting the software by removing the batteries for 10 seconds, then reinserting them. Ensure the batteries are correctly installed with the right polarity. Also, check and clean the battery holder contacts with rubbing alcohol if they're dirty. Verify that the cylinder valve is open by turning it clockwise and that the cylinder isn't empty, replacing it if necessary. Finally, make sure the oxygen cannula isn't blocked or kinked; remove any kinks or replace the cannula if needed.
