Προειδοποίηση Warnings
PIGMA/PIGMA SYSTEM
προορίζεται για τη χώρα στην οποία θα έπρεπε να εγκατασταθεί
και ότι η κατηγορία αερίου για την οποία σχεδιάστηκε ο λέβητα
αντιστοιχεί σε ία από τι εγκεκριένε κατηγορίε στη χώρα
προορισού του.
• Το κύκλωα τροφοδοσία του αερίου πρέπει να πραγατοποιηθεί
σύφωνα ε τα ειδικά πρότυπα και οι διαστάσει του πρέπει να
συφωνούν ε αυτά. Πρέπει επίση να λάβετε υπόψη τη έγιστη
ισχύ του λέβητα και να φροντίσετε ώστε οι διαστάσει και η
σύνδεση τη βάνα διακοπή να είναι σωστά.
• Πριν από την εγκατάσταση, συνιστάται να καθαρίσετε σχολαστικά
την είσοδο αερίου ώστε να αφαιρέσετε ενδεχόενα υπολείατα
που θα πορούσαν να θέσουν σε κίνδυνο τη λειτουργία του
λέβητα.
• Ελέγξτε αν η έγιστη πίεση του δικτύου ύδρευση δεν ξεπερνάει
τα 6 bar. Σε αντίθετη περίπτωση απαιτείται η εγκατάσταση ενό
ειωτήρα πίεση.
• Σε περίπτωση σκληρότητα του νερού υψηλότερη από 20°f,
προβλέψτε επεξεργασία του νερού.
Συστάσει :
Αν η περιοχή βρίσκεται εκτεθειένη σε κίνδυνο κεραυνού
(εγκατάσταση ονωένη σε άκρο γραή ΕΗ…) προνοήστε για
ένα σύστηα προστασία κατά των κεραυνών.
Η εγγύησή α διέπεται από τον όρο αυτόν.
ΘΕΣΗ ΤΟΥ ΛΕΒΗΤΑ
Μην εγκαθιστάτε ποτέ το λέβητα πάνω από τα πλαίσια
αγειρέατο που υπάρχουν στι κουζίνε, φούρνου και, γενικά,
πάνω από οποιεσδήποτε πηγέ ατών λιπαρών που θα πορούσαν
να αλλοιώσουν την καλή λειτουργία του λέβητα εξ αιτία
ενδεχόενη έφραξη.
Φροντίστε ώστε το τοίχωα και οι στερεώσει να έχουν επαρκή
αντοχή για να φέρουν το βάρο του λέβητα (βάρο: 45 kgs περίπου)
Πάρτε τα αναγκαία έτρα για να περιορίσετε τα ανεπιθύητα
ηχητικά φαινόενα
Οι συσκευέ τύπου Β1bs είναι συσκευέ ανοιχτού θαλάου για
να συνδέονται σε έναν αγωγό εκκένωση των προϊόντων τη
καύση εξωτερικά του χώρου. Ο καύσιο αέρα λαβάνεται απ’
ευθεία από το περιβάλλον στο οποίο είναι εγκατεστηένο ο
λέβητα.
Η εκκένωση των καπνών είναι ε φυσικό τράβηγα. Αυτό ο
τύπο λέβητα δεν πορεί να εγκατασταθεί σε χώρο που δεν
ικανοποιεί τι κατάλληλε προδιαγραφέ αερισού.
Προειδοποίηση:
Για να η διακυβευτεί η κανονική λειτουργία του λέβητα ο τόπο
εγκατάσταση πρέπει να είναι κατάλληλο σε σχέση ε την τιή τη
οριακή θεροκρασία λειτουργία και να προστατεύεται ε τέτοιο
τρόπο που ο λέβητα να ην έρχεται απ’ ευθεία σε επαφή ε του
ατοσφαιρικού παράγοντε.
ΣΧΕΙΑΣΜΟΣ ΚΑΙ ΠΡΑΓΜΑΤΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ ΤΗΣ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗΣ
Κύκλωα ζεστού νερού υγιεινή χρήση.
Αν το νερό έχει σκληρότητα εγαλύτερη των TH 25, φροντίστε για ια
διάταξη επεξεργασία.
Κύριο κύκλωα θέρανση.
Παροχή κυκλώατο θέρανση: κατά τη διαστασιολόγηση των
σωληνώσεων, θα πρέπει να λάβετε υπόψη σα την ελάχιστη παροχή
των 300l/h, ε κρουνού κλειστού.
Προφυλάξει αντιδιαβρωτικέ.
Μπορεί να διαπιστωθούν προβλήατα λειτουργία που οφείλονται
στη διάβρωση, όταν η εγκατάσταση πραγατοποιείται ε υλικά
ανοοιογενή.
Για να αποφύγετε τα προβλήατα αυτά, συστήνεται η χρήση ενό
αναστολέα διάβρωση.
• The gas supply piping must be manufactured and sized according
to the speci c regulations and must comply with the boiler’s
maximum power output; also ensure that the shut-o valve is
suitably size and properly connected.
• Prior to installing the appliance, we recommend carefully cleaning
the gas piping to remove any residues that may jeopardise the
boiler’s operation.
• Check that the maximum water mains pressure does not exceed 6
bar; should it exceed this level, a pressure reducing valve must be
installed.
• Water treatment solutions are required whenever water hardness
levels exceed 20°f.
Recommendations:
A lightning protection system must be implemented if the area
housing the appliance is exposed to lightning strikes (e.g. isolated
installation at the end of power supply lines, etc.).
Our warranty is subject to this condition.
LOCATION OF THE BOILER
• Never install the boiler above cooking hobs in kitchens, above
ovens and, generally, above any source of greasy steam, as this
may alter the correct operation of the boiler as a result of possible
clogging.
• Ensure that the wall and  xing elements are su ciently resistant to
withstand the boiler’s weight (weight: approximately 45 kg).
• Take the necessary precautions to limit any undesired acoustic
e ects.
Warning :
So that the normal operation of the boiler is not compromised,
the place in which it is installed must be suitable with regard to
the operating limit temperature value and the appliance should
be protected so that it does not come into direct contact with
atmospheric agents.
B11bs-type appliances are open-chamber versions designed to
be connection to a  ue gas discharge duct which releases fumes
towards the outside; combustion air is taken directly from inside
the room in which the boiler is installed.
Flue gas is discharged through a natural draught system. This
type of boiler cannot be installed in a room that does not meet
appropriate ventilation requirements.
PLANNING AND CARRYING OUT INSTALLATION
Domestic hot water circuit.
A water treatment device is required for water hardness levels above
25 TH.
Main heating circuit.
Heating circuit  ow rate: when deciding on the piping dimensions,
take into account a minimum  ow rate of 300 l/h, with valves shut.
Anti-corrosion measures.
Possible malfunctions due to corrosion may occur when the elements
making up the circuit have di erent characteristics.
To avoid such problems, we recommend using a corrosion inhibitor.
Take all the necessary precautions to ensure that the treated water
does not have aggressive characteristics.
Old circuits: after  tting a decanter on the  ow return and on the
lower point, the circuit must be suitably treated.
We recommend adding bleed devices on all radiators, on the circuit’s
high points and on the low points of discharge valves.
