INSTALLATION
1. Internalswitchselection.Ifyouareusingasingleantennaandyouarenotusingthe
antennaforFMradiosignals,thereisnoneedtoadjusttheinternalswitchesin
theamplier.
 NOTE: IfyouareusingtheantennaforFMradiosignalsaswellasTV,thenselectthe“OUT”
 positionontheFMtrapswitch.SeeFig 1.
  IfyouareusingseparateUHFandVHFantennas,thenselectthe“SEPARATE”
 positionontheinputswitch.SeeFig 1.
2. UsingtheUCLAMP,mountthegreyoutdoorampliertothemastbelow
theantenna.SeeFig 2.
3. Withashortlengthofcoaxialcable(notincluded),connecttheantennatothe
“UHForCOMBINEDINPUT”ontheamplier.Ifusingseparateantennas,
connecttheUHFantennatothe“UHForCOMBINEDINPUT”andtheVHFantenna
tothe“VHF/SEPARATEINPUT.”SeeFig 2.
4. Connectthedownleadcoaxialcabletotheconnectionlabeled“OUTPUT/POWER.”
Cabletiethecabletothemasttopreventstressontheconnector.
5. RunthedownleadcoaxialcableintothehometoalocationwhereanACpower
outletisavailable.Connectthiscoaxtotheconnectionlabeled“FROMANTENNA.”

IMPORTANT: ThereshouldNOTbeanysignalsplitterslocatedinthiscoaxialcableline
 betweentheoutdooramplierandtheindoorpowersupply.Splittersmustbe
 locatedonthe“OUTTOTV”sideofthepowersupply.
6. ConnectthecoaxialcablethatdistributesthesignaltotheTVtothe“OUTTOTV”
connectionandmountthepowersupply(SeeFig 3).Plugthepowersupplyintothe
ACoutlet.
INSTALACIÓN
1. Seleccióninternadeswitch.Siestautilizandounaantenasencillaynotieneuna
antenaparaseñalesderadioFM,noesnecesarioajustarelswitchinterno
delamplicador.
 NOTA: SiestautilizandolaantenatantopararadiocomoparaTV,entonces
 seleccionelaposición“OUT”enelswitchdelltroparaFM.VealaFig 1.
  SiestautilizandoantenasseparadasparaVHFyUHF,entoncesseleccionela
 posición“SEPARATE”enelswitchdeentrada.VealaFig 1.
2. UtilizandolagrapaenformadeU,monteelamplicadorparaexterioresdecolor
grisenelmástilqueestabajolaantena.VealaFig 2.
3. Usandounpequeñotrozodecablecoaxial(noincluido),conectelaantenala
entradadeUHFo“COMBINEDINPUT”enelamplicador.Siestausandoantenas
separadas,conectelaantenaUHFalpuerto“UHF”o“COMBINEDINPUT”yla
antenaVHFalpuerto“VHF/SEPARATEINPUT.”VealaFig 2.
4. Conectelabajadadecablecoaxialalaconexiónetiquetada“OUTPUT/POWER.”
Ajusteconamarreselcablealmástilparaprevenirtensiónsobreelconector.
5. Tiendaelcablecoaxialhaciaadentrodelacasaenunaubicacióndondeunatoma
decorrienteACestedisponible.Conecteelcoaxialalaconexiónetiquetada
“FROMANTENNA.”VealaFig 3.
 IMPORTANTE: NODEBEhaberningúnsplittersodivisordeseñalubicadoenloscables
 coaxialesentreelamplicadorexteriorylafuentedealimentacióninterior.
 LosSplittersdebenserlocalizadosenellado“OUTTOTV”delafuente.
6. ConecteelcoaxialquedistribuyelaseñalhaciaelTVenlaconexión“OUTTOTV”
ymontelafuentedealimentacióndeacuerdo(VealaFig 3).Conectelafuenteala
tomadecorrienteAC.
INSTALLATION
1. Sélectiondesinterrupteursintérieurs-Sivousutilisezuneantennesimpleetque
l’antenneneserapasutiliséepourdessignauxradioFM,iln’yapasbesoinde
réglerlesinterrupteursintérieursdansl’amplicateur.
REMARQUE:Sivousutilisezl’antennepourlessignauxderadioFMetdetélévision,
repérezl’interrupteurFMetplacez-lesurlapositionOUT(voir g. 1).
 SivousutilisezdesantennesséparéespourlessignauxUHFetVHF,choisissezla
position«SEPARATE»surl’interrupteurd’entrée(g. 1).
2. Àl’aideduBOULONenU,montezl’amplicateurextérieurgrissurlemâtsous
l’antenne(g. 2).
3. Àl’aided’uncâblecoaxialcourt(noninclus),reliezl’antenneauraccord«UHF»
ou«COMBINEDINPUT»(Entréecombinée)surl’amplicateur.Sivousutilisez
desantennesséparées,reliezl’antenneUHFauraccord«UHF»ou«COMBINED
INPUT»etl’antenneVHFauraccord«VHF/SEPARATEINPUT»(VHF/Entrée
séparée)(g. 2).
4. Reliezlecâblecoaxialdedescenteauraccord«OUTPUT/POWER»(Sortie/
Courant).Fixezlecâblecoaxialsurlemâtàl’aided’uneattachemétalliquepour
éviterlescontraintessurleraccord.
5. Acheminezlecâblecoaxialdedescentejusqu’àl’intérieurdubâtiment,àunendroit
prèsd’uneprisemuraledecourantalternatif.Reliezcecâblecoaxialauraccord
«FROMANTENNA»(Depuisl’antenne)(g. 3).
IMPORTANT:IlnefautPASplacerderépartiteurdesignalsurcecâblecoaxialentre
l’amplicateurextérieuretlaboîted’alimentation.Lesrépartiteursdoiventêtre
placéssurlecôté«OUTTOTV»(Versletéléviseur)delaboîted’alimentation.
