Why is my Char-Broil Smoker not heating up?

  If your Char-Broil Smoker isn't heating, first ensure it's properly plugged in—you should hear a beep when it is. If plugged in, and still no heat, turn the smoker OFF and unplug it from the outlet. Check your household circuit breakers or GFCI and reset or replace if needed, using a GFCI rated for 15 amperes or more. Test the outlet with another working appliance, and if it still doesn't work, try a different outlet on a different circuit. If the issue persists, unplug and reconnect the thermostat and control panel connections and if needed, replace the Thermostat Kit, Control Panel Display Kit, or Power Board Kit.
