What to do if my Char-Broil DIGITAL ELECTRIC VERTICAL SMOKER 725 circuit breaker trips?
- MMichael LloydAug 22, 2025
If the circuit breaker trips or a fuse blows when using your Char-Broil Smoker, it could be due to a few reasons. Ensure that you are not using other electrical appliances on the same circuit as the smoker. Moisture or water in the controller or electrical connections can also cause this issue, so keep all connections dry and avoid operating the smoker in the rain. You can try turning the smoker OFF and unplugging it from the outlet. You may need to check or replace the thermostat kit or the power supply cord kit. Refer to the online Electrical Replacement Manual for instructions on removal and replacement.
