[CAUTION] Specification of font by bit 0 and 1 are as follows:
* When both double-height and double-width modes (bit 4 and 5) are selected, quadruple
size characters are printed.
* Double – height concerns whole line and last set value is used when printing line
* When the size of character font is enlarged to the horizontal direction, it is enlarged to the
right based on the left side of the character.
