24. Electronic Stability Program
(ESP) Malfunction Indicator Light (If
Equipped)
The ESP Malfunction Indic-
tor Light will turn on when
the ignition switch is turned
to the ON position. The light
should go out with the engine running.
The system will turn the light on con-
tinuously while the engine is running if
it detects a malfunction in either the
ESP, ABS or both. If this light remains
on after several ignition cycles, and
the vehicle has been driven several
kilometers, see your authorized Chery
dealer as soon as possible to have the
problem diagnosed and corrected.
25. Door Open Warning Display
When the ignition switch is
ON, this display indicates
the condition of the vehicle’s
four doors.
26. Maintenance Indicator Light
Every 5,000 km this warning
light will illuminate as a re-
minder that the vehicle
should be returned to your
authorized Chery dealer for
maintenance.
27. Electronic Power Steering (EPS)
Malfunction Indicator Light
(If Equipped)
The EPS Malfunction Indic-
tor Light will turn on when
the ignition switch is turned
to the ON position. The light
should go out with the engine running.
The system will turn the light on con-
tinuously while the engine is running if
it detects a malfunction in the EPS.
