Mounting the Winch

Select a secure mounting site capable of withstanding 9,000 lbs force and drill mounting holes.

Operating the Winch

Engage vehicle brake, disengage winch clutch, and pull cable to desired length.

Hooking Onto Objects

Use a pulling point, tow strap, or chain. Never wrap cable around object or hook object itself.

Inspection, Maintenance, and Cleaning

Pre-Use Inspection

Check for loose screws, misalignment, binding parts, frayed cable, and corrosion before each use.

Periodic Maintenance

Lubricate cable periodically and grease moving parts every six months.

Cleaning Instructions

Wipe with a clean, damp cloth. Mild detergent may be used if necessary.
