8.8 Overvoltage stall suppression
   During the operation of the inverter, if the bus voltage exceeds the overvoltage stall protection voltage 
FE.06, the overvoltage stall will take effect, adjust the output frequency, and the actual deceleration time will 
be automatically lengthened to avoid trip protection.
