When you register your toilet in “My Cinderella”, you will receive relevant information about our products and
available support systems, as well as special oers specically tailored to your toilet model. In the event of theft,
registered toilets will be in our manufacturer database.

The appliance rating plate can be found on the back plate of the incineration toilet. From this plate you can read
the model identication, serial number, toilet ratings and support detail. You will need these details whenever
you contact the customer service centre or when ordering spare parts.
