How to fix a Circor Water Pump that is not pumping?

If your Circor Water Pump isn't pumping, it could be due to several reasons. The supply or suction pipe might be blocked; try cleaning it. An un-bled or incompletely filled supply pipe can also be the cause; ensure the pump and piping are completely filled and bled. Also, check if the supply or suction pipe is closed by armature, and open it. If the stub shaft is loose, tighten it firmly. Remove the transport and sealing cover. If the supply/suction pipe cross-section is too narrow, increase it and completely open the armature. If there are air pockets, install the armature for bleeding and correct the piping layout. Seal any sources of air being sucked in. For excessive gas or high pumped medium temperature, consult the manufacturer.
