Check for water chemistry issues like low chlorine stabilizer or salt, or phosphates/nitrates; consult a pool professional to ensure chemicals are in range. Inspect and clean the cell if it's dirty or clogged. Verify sufficient water flow by inspecting the flow switch. Finally, ensure the system is turned on; if not, refer to the “No Power” section.
