Product Serial Number Location
You may need your product serial number when calling the Technical Assistance Center (TAC).
Figure 1 shows the serial number location for the Cisco 2801 router. The label is located on the rear of the chassis, at the bottom
edge, near the lower left corner.

Figure 2 shows the serial number location for the Cisco 2811 router. The label is located on the rear of the chassis, near the top
right corner, to the left of the CLEI label.

Figure 3 shows the serial number location for the Cisco 2821 router and the Cisco 2851 router. The label is located on the rear
of the chassis, near the top right corner, below the CLEI label.
