dial “8” first.
• Lift the handset and dial 8 +
phone number
• Press the “Speaker” button,
dial 8 + phone number
There are several
ways to place a call.
The end user will
decide which way is
best for them.
dial an
internal
extension?
To place an internal extension call,
dial the 4-digit extension i.e. 3498.
To place an internal “classroom
speaker”, dial “4”+ last 3 digits of
extension. i.e. 3498 would be 4498
for a “speaker” into a classroom.
Press the “Hold” button to place
call on hold. To return to the call,
press the “Resume” soft key.
