Voicemail: To transfer a call
directly to voicemail, press
“Trnsfr” button, enter “*” + the
extension and the “Trnsfr” button
again.

Set-up voicemail: Press the
“Messages” button and enter your
PIN (12345) when prompted.

“Messages” button or dial 2700,

recorded instructions.

call?
Turn a two-party call into a
conference call:
Step 1 – During the call, press the
“Confrn” button – this
automatically activates a new line
and places the first party on hold.
Step 2 – Place a call to another
number or extension.
Step 3 – When the call connects,
press “Confrn” button again to add
the new party to the conference
call.
Once the conference
call initiator
disconnects, no
additional parties can
be added.
