The FAM-FAULT-TAG-UNIT-UNSUPPORTED alarm is raised when unsupported control card is inserted
in NCS 1002. The unsupported control card is NCS1K-CNTLR2.
Clear the FAM-FAULT-TAG-UNIT-UNSUPPORTED Alarm
Replace the control card with the control card supported in NCS 1002.

inserted in PEM slot. The unsupported power module is NCS1K-2KW-AC2.
Clear the FAM-FAULT-TAG-PMO-UNIT-UNSUPPORTED Alarm
Replace the power module with the power module supported in NCS 1002.

FAN FAIL Alarm

Logical Objects: FT
The FAN FAIL alarm is raised on the NCS 1002 when one of the three fans fail. When any fan fails, the
temperature of the NCS 1002 can rise above its normal operating range. This condition can trigger the TEMP
THRESHOLD alarm.
