Caller number pattern to trigger Call Forward Selective
service. When the callers phone number matches the entry,
the call is forwarded to the corresponding Cfwd Selective
Destination (Cfwd Sel1-8 Dest).
Use ? to match any single digit.
Use * to match any number of digits.
Example: 1408*, 1512???1234
In the above example, a call is forwarded to the
corresponding destination if the caller ID either starts with
1408 or is an 11-digit numbering starting with 1512 and
ending with 1234.
