Step 1

Step 3
Choose your phone type.
Step 4
Choose one of the following firmware types:

Skinny Client Control Protocol (SCCP) Software
•
Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Software
Step 5
In the Latest Releases folder, choose 9.3(1)SR2.
Step 6
Select one of the following firmware files, click Download Now or Add to cart button, and follow the
prompts:
