Please fill out the customer registration card (postcard) attached to this instruction manual
and send it to Citizen Technical Service Center.
We will register your information and send you The Citizen Customer Card (warranty card) in return.
Be sure to request for The Citizen Customer Card (warranty card) to be entitled to 10-year
warranty coverage and free maintenance service.
Please direct any inquiries regarding customer registration and customer card to the Citizen
Technical Service Center.
* e personal information provided on this card will be maintained under strict control by Citizen Watch
Co., Ltd. and the authorized service centers and will be used solely for the purpose of providing aer-sales
service for e Citizen products purchased.
* 10-year warranty for “e Citizen” is only covered within Japan.
Please note that the coverage of this warranty is not the same as the one of the international
warranty available overseas.
