3.10 Precautions for Installing the Printer
This product can be used horizontally or wall-mounted. Cannot be used vertically.

CAUTION
Do not use the printer under the following conditions.
l Avoid locations subject to vibration or instability.
l Locations that are very dirty or dusty.
l Avoid locations where the printer is not level.
u The printer may fall and cause an injury.
u The quality of printing may deteriorate.
l Oriented other than as specified.
u Malfunction, failure, or electric shock may result.
Precautions for horizontal installations
l Do not use the full cut setting. Doing so could cause a cutter jam.
Precautions for wall installations
l Adjust the paper near-end sensor.
For wall mounting
If the printer is to be wall-mounted, ask a service person to install it.
