Ventilation
3 - Setting the air fl ow
Turn control knob 3 to the
right or to the left respectively
to increase or reduce the fl ow
of air.
4 - Intake of exterior air/
Recirculation of
interior air
Press button 4 to recirculate
the air inside.
The air recirculation indicator light 4
comes on.
Recirculation insulates the passenger
compartment from external odours and
fumes.
Used simultaneously with the air
conditioning 1 , recirculation improves
the performance of the system when
set to hot as well as to cold.
Avoid prolonged operation in
interior air recirculation mode
(risk of misting of the windows and
of deterioration of the air quality).
Recommended settings for the air conditioning
For optimum operation of the manual system, it is recommended:
With Automatic Air Conditioning, operation in AUTO mode is recommended,
irrespective of the requirement.
Remember to switch it off when the ambient air suits your
requirements.

5 - Air conditioning
ON/OFF
The air conditioning is
intended to operate in all
seasons. In summer it allows
the temperature to be reduced and in
winter, above 0 °C, it increases the
effectiveness of the demisting.
Press switch 5 .
The air conditioning indicator light 5
comes on if the air fl ow is suffi cient.
Pressing this button again switches off
the air conditioning.
