  If the CLEAN BURN Furnace pump will not prime and the pump motor is NOT running, it could be due to: 1. No power on the pump circuit from the burner. 2. The pump motor has shut off on thermal overload. To resolve this, start the burner and adjust the air pressure regulator to 15 PSI to check if the pump circuit activates. If not, troubleshoot the pump circuit from the burner to the pump, checking for power at the brown wire on the air pressure switch. If the pump motor has overheated, wait for it to cool down and reset. Also, check the coupling adjustment to ensure free shaft movement.

To troubleshoot, reset the oil primary control, check the wall thermostat and cable, ensure the heater block is hot, check the F-120 proving switch for power, verify the oil primary control wiring, and replace the oil primary control if necessary. Also, test the limit switch for power.
