2 - 8 Removing the Hard Disk Drive

6. Remove the screw from the hard disk assembly (Figure 4d).
7. Slightly lift and pull the hard disk assembly in the direction of arrow (Figure 4e).
8. Lift the hard disk assembly out of the bay (Figure 4f).
9. Remove the screws - and the HDD bracket from the hard disk
(Figure 4g).
10. Reverse the process to install a new hard disk (do not forget to replace all the screws and bottom cover).
