Daily

Clean and sanitize nozzle and injector ring (See How to

Remove/Clean/Replace Nozzle on page 15).

Pour warm sanitizer solution SLOWLY

down the drain.

Using a clean cloth and approved sanitizer solution,

wipe down all exterior surfaces, including:

» Touch screen

» Levers

» Splash plate

» Exterior of drain pan

» ADA interface

» Front and side panels

» Door

NOTE: Always clean and sanitize high frequency

touch points periodically throughout the day.

Wash and rinse the cup rest and drain pan in an

approved sanitizer solution using a clean cloth.

Every Time

Clean and sanitize to remove debris from ingredient cartridge trays and cartridge

probes with an approved sanitizer solution when cartridges are changed (See

Replacing an Ingredient Cartridge on page 10).

Weekly

Clean ice chute with clean cloth, clean brush, and

approved sanitizer solution (Kay-5) (instructions

on page 15).

Remove and clean both sides of ice bin lid with

approved sanitizer solution.

Clean exterior surfaces of top mount ice maker

(if applicable).

Monthly

Follow instructions for ice bin cleaning best

practices (see page 17)
