Audio can recommend suitable mounting racks and accessories.
5. Mains connection
The amplier may only be connected to a socket with a protective earth conductor. This is a class 1 device that requires
an external earth connection at all times. A missing earth may cause unexpected and high voltages present on the metal
casing and surrounding conductors. The main power switch on the front panel is a 'soft' switch. Ensure that the mains
power can be isolated from the amplier at any time.
6. Power cord protection
Power supply cords should be routed so that they are not likely to be walked on or pinched by items placed upon them or

should be taken to ensure that the force air cooling operates to its maximum eciency. Cold air is drawn in through the
front of the unit, with the hot air expelled from the rear. Ensure that the rear is not obstructed to allow the heat to escape.
Do not install the amplier above or below any other equipment that has a dierent forced air ow cooling design. If a
space is to be left between multiple units then a xed rack space blank should be used. A vented or slotted space should
not be used as this can signicantly reduced the eciency of the forced air cooling of the unit.
