Support directly for assistance by email or telephone. Before you do so, please make certain
you have a full description of:
1. The system serial number
2. The version of the software
3. The operating system you running the software on
4. A full description of the fault condition and screen dumps of error messages
5. Your contact phone number
6. Your e-mail address
7. Your company name
1.1.2 Return Material Authorization (RMA)
In the event of equipment return to CodaOctopus for repair, Technical Support will issue an
RMA by email to instruct you on our Repair Terms and Conditions along with full shipping
instructions to help expedite the system.
