Code Blue Corporation provides a limited warranty on this product. Refer to your sales
agreement to establish the terms. In addition, Code Blue’s standard warranty language, as well
as information regarding support for this product while under warranty, is available at
www.codeblue.com/support/downloads.
In Case of Breakdown
In case of system breakdown, discontinue use and contact:
Tech Support at ts@codeblue.com or call 800-205-7186, option 3.
In Case of Abnormal Operation
If the unit emits smoke or an unusual smell, if water or other foreign material enters the
enclosure, or if you drop the unit or damage the enclosure, power off the unit immediately and
contact:
Code Blue Customer Service at customerservice@codeblue.com or call Customer Service at
800-205-7186, option 2.
