Choose a safe site, clear debris, and lay the inner tent on the ground.
Position the inner tent considering land fall and wind direction, facing the opening away from the wind.
Assemble tent poles, ensuring ends fully insert into metal ferrules to prevent damage.
Use the pin and ring system for easier pole connection before pegging the inner tent.
Ensure all tent doors are fully zipped closed before proceeding to peg the inner tent.
Use coloured tape on pole sleeves to identify which colour pole to insert.
Insert the two GREY poles into central sleeves, connecting to GREY webbing pins to form the main body.
Insert two YELLOW poles into sleeves with yellow tape at each end of the main room.
Insert the final two YELLOW poles into end sleeves to form the bedroom end.
Position the tent and secure by pegging all points at a 45-degree angle away from the tent.
Drape the fly over the frame and peg out corners, avoiding overstretching to prevent leaks.
Secure fly to poles with velcro and guy out ropes for stability in wind.
Guy out base points for ventilation, controlling airflow by adjusting angle and vent opening.
Use steel poles for awnings, lowering them to prevent water pooling and fabric damage.
Use the AirPort System with a fan for air circulation inside or outside the tent.
Dismantle in reverse. Remove pegs carefully with a remover, ensuring materials are dry.
A wet tent will mildew quickly and void warranty; ensure it is dry before packing.
Place a separate sheet of tarp under the tent before setup to protect the floor.
Push, rather than pull, fiberglass poles out of sleeves to prevent damage.
Refer to attached tent care instructions for detailed maintenance guidance.
