9. [ ] Indicates when thewater reservoir is full.

] Indicates thefollowing:
- Steady glow: Automatic defrost function has been activated.
Refer to theAutomatic defrost feature section.
- Flashing: Theambient temperature is too low, i.e. below 5 °C (41 °F).
Or theair humidity sensor or temperature sensor is defective.
Note: If theindicator flashes despite theroom temperature being above 5 °C,
unplug themains lead and wait for afew seconds. Plug themains lead back in
again. If theindicator continues to flash, contact Customer Services.

] Indicates that thecontinuous dehumidification function is activated.

Placement
• Thedehumidifier is only intended for normal domestic use and only in themanner
described in this instruction manual.
• Do not use thedehumidifier in aroom in which thetemperature might fall to
below 5 ºC.
• Make sure that thedehumidifier is standing firmly on aflat surface capable of
supporting its weight even when thewater reservoir is full.
• Make sure that themains lead is easily accessible and is not damaged by sharp
edges or is crushed in any way during use.
• Extra caution should taken be when thedehumidifier is used in thesame
environment as infants, small children and theelderly.
• Thedehumidifier should be placed where it can draw in air from theentire house.
• All interior doors should be opened. Close exterior doors and windows.
• If any part of your house suffers from severe humidity, thedehumidifier can be
placed there first and then moved to another part of thehouse later.
• Position thedehumidifier where theair can circulate freely, allow at least
20 cm of air space on all sides.
• Never place thedehumidifier next to aradiator or heating appliance.
