DAILY MAINTENANCE
Clean the electric saw daily, paying particular attention to the motor air slits (see Fig.
15-22).
In order not to damage or impair the functioning of the components, especially of
electrical parts, the external cleaning must be done with a slightly wet rag. Before
starting the electric saw, dry it completely and check that there isn’t still residual
moisture.
Check the readability and the presence of the CE label and adhesive safety
pictograms applied to the electrical saw.

General maintenance, cleaning
It is absolutely forbidden to direct jets of water under pressure to electrical
parts, such as the engine and the Start/Stop button.
Do not use gasoline or inflammable solvents or other aggressive liquids to
clean the electric saw, but only compressed air.
CHECK/REPLACEMENT OF THE BRUSHES
Every 100 work hours the brushes should be checked (see Fig. 15-23).
Replacement is recommended after 200 work hours.
Get in touch with the Customer Service to replace the brushes.
Use R15-type brushes only.
