11 WARRANTY RULES
The electric chain saws E21 - E23 are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of
purchase.
The guarantee provides for free replacement of any defective or prematurely worn out
part provided that all the requirements have been met and there is no misuse of the
electric saw. The manufacturer's obligations are limited to the replacement of defective
parts.
General wear and tear materials are not covered by the warranty except in case of
initial manifest defects: e.g. chain and bar.
Breaker S.r.l. does not assume any responsibility for damages to objects and persons
caused by improper use of the electric saw.
