The manual is addressed to qualified, specialised technicians for routine maintenance
and repairs.
Technicians or operators mused be authorised in writing by COMINOX.
Technicians must read this manual and follow the instructions herein contained. COMINOX
is not liable for any injury and/or damage to people or property or to the steriliser itself
should the conditions herein illustrated be disregarded.
This manual contains industrial secrets which must not be disclosed. The manual and its
annexes must not be edited, modified, copied or given to third parties unless authorised
by COMINOX.

Insufficient Water Quality Alarm

Alarm for unacceptable water conductivity.

Insufficient Water Level Alarm

Alarm for lack of water in the clean water tank.

Chamber Level Alarm

Alarm for failure to fill chamber with required water.

Insufficient Steam Alarm

Indicates steam leakage from the chamber.

Pressurisation Alarm

Indicates improper temperature increase during steam phase.

Overtemperature Alarm

Indicates chamber temperature exceeded 150°C.

Insufficient Vacuum Alarm

Indicates pressure did not drop correctly during pre-vacuum.

Fractioned Vacuum Alarm

Indicates vacuum was not created properly.

Sterilisation Temperature Band Alarm

Indicates temperature is outside sterilisation tolerance.

Temperature Adjustment

Level Probe Alarm

Indicates inconsistent operation of level probes.

Coil Alarm

Indicates an open or interrupted coil element circuit.

Self-Filling Alarm

Alarm related to the automatic water inlet system.

Door Alarm

Indicates the door is not correctly closed or locked.

PT1 Temperature Probe Alarm

Triggered by disconnected or faulty PT1 temperature probe.

Drain Alarm

Indicates incorrect pressure drop during draining.

Misalignment Alarm

Indicates chamber temperature doesn't match theoretic steam temp.

Pressure Transducer Alarm

Triggered by disconnected or faulty pressure transducer.
